How to Order

TO ORDER

Once you've found something you like and wish to make a purchase,

1) Email me at heybabydolly@iinet.net.au and include the followings:
-your name & your preferred contact info
-item (name of clip & item no)

2) I will send you an email to confirm the order and postage(we cannot guarantee available of items, please read t&c below)


PAYMENT

Once we've corresponded and agreed on payment, you can pay either through

1) POSB Funds Transfer (preferred)
OR
2) Paypal
Upon receiving your payment, we will send your items out within 3 business days :)


SHIPPING

1) Flat rate of $1.50 within Singapore!!

2) You can request for registered mail.


TERMS&CONDITIONS (please take time to read this)
1) We will not be held responsible for lost/damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.
2) We do not do reservations of items. First come, first serve.
3) Prices are non negotiable
4) After receiving the item, the onus is on you to take good care of it, and we will not be held responsible if something happens to it.
5) We do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item was grossly misinterpreted.
